Operations Administrator

This is a hands-on administrative role supporting order processing and operational workflows within a fast-paced environment.

Temporary 2-3 months, full time, office-based role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organising bulk shipments
  • Processing online orders and refunds
  • Coordinating stock transfer shipping
  • Managing returns and exchanges
  • Supporting customer queries via ticketing system
  • Liaising with internal teams, clients, and suppliers
  • Following processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency

About You

We’re looking for someone organised, detail-focused, and confident working in a busy operations environment.

Ideal experience:

  • Background in e-commerce or B2C environments
  • Previous operations or admin experience
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Able to manage workload and meet deadlines
  • Professional, adaptable, and proactive approach
