Interim Project Accountant | Events & Production | Immediate Start | £40-45k or £20-25ph

We're partnering with a fast-growing creative production business that delivers high-profile events and experiences globally.
They need an experienced Project Accountant to join the team on a short-term basis, helping manage project finances, supplier payments, client invoicing and project reconciliations during a busy delivery period.
The Role
Working closely with production teams and the Finance Director, you'll ensure project finances are accurate, up to date and running smoothly across multiple live projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project budget tracking and reconciliations
- Managing project costs and supplier payments
- Client invoicing and revenue tracking
- Cashflow forecasting and reporting
- Accounts payable and receivable processing
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Supporting month-end activities
- Working with project teams to improve financial processes and reporting
About You
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Project Accountant, Management Accountant or Finance Manager
- Strong project-based accounting experience
- Experience working in events, production, creative, agency, media or similar project-led environments
- Good understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations and cashflow management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- The ability to hit the ground running and work independently
Experience with QuickBooks would be beneficial but isn't essential.
