We’re partnering with a purpose-led organisation looking for a confident Finance Manager to support senior leaders and shape how resources are used.
What you’ll do
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive better financial decisions
- Deliver clear, insightful reporting, forecasts and analysis
- Challenge budgets, identify risks, trends and opportunities
- Lead on budget setting and financial planning
- Produce month-end, quarterly and year-end reporting
- Build business cases and support investment decisions
- Monitor cashflow and financial health
- Lead and support a small team to hit key deadlines
What we’re looking for
- Public sector / charity / not-for-profit experience
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder skills
- Confident explaining financial data to non-finance audiences
- Experience with budgets, forecasts and financial modelling
- Proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence
