As the business continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for an entrepreneurial Partner to join the leadership team and play a key role in the next phase of expansion.
The Opportunity
This is a genuine leadership role for an experienced consulting professional with an established network and a track record of winning and delivering strategic advisory work.
The successful individual will work closely with the firm's senior leadership team to help shape the future of the business, drive revenue growth and further strengthen relationships across the private equity and corporate landscape.
Importantly, this position offers a clear route towards equity participation for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and grow consulting revenues across strategy, commercial due diligence and growth advisory engagements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with private equity firms, portfolio companies and corporate clients.
- Lead complex client engagements and provide senior-level strategic advice.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth strategy.
- Mentor and develop consultants and future leaders within the business.
- Work collaboratively with fellow senior leadership to enhance the firm's market position and reputation.
Essential Requirements
- Significant experience within strategy consulting, commercial due diligence or transaction advisory.
- Proven ability to generate approximately £1m+ annual consulting revenues.
- Demonstrable client relationships with genuine scope for fee portability.
- Strong business development capabilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience leading senior client engagements and managing complex stakeholders.
- Established network across private equity, corporate strategy or growth advisory environments.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
