Job Title: Insurance Binder Technician

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Binder Technician to join a growing and well-respected London Market insurance broker. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative technical team supporting a varied portfolio of delegated authority business.
You will play a key role in managing binder administration and technical processing across the full policy lifecycle, working closely with brokers, underwriters and coverholders to ensure efficient delivery and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation, issuance and maintenance of binders, endorsements and related market documentation
- Managing delegated authority agreements and ensuring accurate processing throughout the lifecycle
- Processing premiums, bordereaux and monitoring settlement activities
- Liaising with brokers, underwriters, coverholders and internal stakeholders to resolve technical queries
- Supporting renewals, contract changes and binder reporting requirements
- Ensuring compliance with Lloyd's and London Market standards and procedures
Experience Required:
- Previous experience within a Binder Technician, Delegated Authority, Technical Processing or Operations role
- Good understanding of binders, delegated authority processes and London Market documentation
- Experience working with slips, endorsements, bordereaux and premium processing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of London Market systems would be advantageous
