The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and target-driven Business Development Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and introducing Redwood Collections' debt recovery solutions to businesses that require support with overdue accounts.
You will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling calls/appointments, presenting our services, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Introduce and promote Redwood Collections' debt recovery services to businesses across various sectors.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable collection solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop strong relationships with new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Represent Redwood Collections professionally and positively at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in B2B and / or B2C sales, business development, account management or a similar sales-focused role.
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
