Role Overview
The main responsibilities of this butcher role are to use knife skills to produce both primal and portion butchery cuts for beef, pork, lamb, and poultry.
Working hours are either
Monday to Friday , with additional flexibility where required.
We welcome applications from candidates with any of the following skills or attributes: butcher, food hygiene, health & safety, customer service, knife skills, factory, commercial acumen, communication, food preparation, and butchery cuts.

Requirements
You will be a trained and experienced butcher with:
- Good knife skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and to embrace change
- Commercial awareness and the understanding of yields and costs
