The Opportunity

We are seeking an outstandingHead of Commercial Growthto lead the next stage of expansion for a fast-growing business operating at the intersection ofmarketing services, client strategy, and data-led consultancy.

This is a newly createdsenior leadership rolewith full ownership of the commercial engine-bringing togetherSales, Marketing, and Data & Insightsunder one unified growth function.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the company's growth strategy, driving revenue performance, strengthening global client relationships, and ensuring marketing and insight capability directly converts into measurable commercial success.

This role will suit a commercially driven leader from anagency, media, marketing services, consultancy, or similar B2B environment, with proven experience operating incomplex, multi-stakeholder, global client organisations.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial & Sales Leadership

  • Own and deliver the commercial growth strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets
  • Lead new business acquisition and strengthen global client retention
  • Develop and manage senior-level relationships with complex, multi-stakeholder client organisations
  • Personally lead high-value pitches, negotiations, and strategic commercial discussions
  • Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial performance reporting
  • Ensure commercial propositions are competitive, scalable, and margin-protected

Marketing Leadership

  • Lead marketing strategy to drive brand positioning, awareness, and qualified pipeline growth
  • Deliver integrated, insight-led campaigns that support commercial objectives
  • Align marketing and sales activity to improve conversion and customer acquisition
  • Oversee content, thought leadership, events, digital, and brand initiatives
  • Implement clear ROI and performance measurement across all marketing activity

Data & Insight-Driven Growth

  • Develop and commercialise data and insight-led propositions
  • Translate market intelligence and client insights into revenue opportunities
  • Embed data-led decision making across commercial planning and forecasting
  • Identify emerging trends and growth opportunities across global markets

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a multi-disciplinary commercial team
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture
  • Partner with operational and client service teams to ensure delivery excellence
  • Contribute as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team on broader business strategy

About You

We are looking for a highly credible commercial leader with a strong track record of growth within aB2B, service-led environment.

You will bring:

  • Significant senior experience incommercial leadership, sales, or growth roles
  • Background inagency, media, marketing services, consultancy, or similar sector
  • Proven experience working withglobal B2B brands in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Demonstrable success leading
