What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors effectively
• Progress agreed sales through to successful completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Support the branch in achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Previous experience within residential property sales essential
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, articulate and customer-service focused approach
• Smart and professional presentation and manner
• Ambitious, motivated and target-driven attitude
• Knowledge of Dorking and surrounding areas desirable
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Genuine interest in property with a professional approach
