About the Company
Our client is a well-established and growing financial services consultancy based in the City of London. They are known for delivering high-quality advisory services to a range of clients across the sector and are now seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join their team on a full-time contract basis.
The Role
This is a varied and hands-on administrative role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple business functions and supporting a dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining internal systems, supporting marketing activities, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
This is a hybrid position, with occasional attendance required at the company’s London office and at various external London venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the company’s database, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Supporting and coordinating email marketing campaigns
- Creating and scheduling social media content across platforms
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Assisting with event coordination and logistics when required
- Supporting document management and internal communications
- Utilising Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, to manage files and collaboration
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- Experience with CRM systems, email marketing tools, or social media platforms is desirable
Working Arrangements
- Hybrid working model
- Occasional travel to the London office and external venues within London required
