We are currently looking for an Admissions Officer to join our dynamic and expanding team at Manchester Metropolitan University in Manchester, England. This is your chance to be part of an innovative team that supports international students on their journey to university success.
Hours of Work: full time – 37.5 hours per week
As an Admissions Officer, you will be responsible for processing international student applications, liaising with global education partners, and supporting activities to maximise enrolments. You will ensure a seamless applicant journey, maintain high standards of customer service, and support compliance and data accuracy across all processes.
Admissions Officer Requirements:
- Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience
- Exceptional customer service skills with experience in a service-driven role
- Proven team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to engage with applicants from diverse backgrounds primarily online, with occasional in-person contact
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
Admissions Officer Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from £26,400 to £27,650
- Permanent contract following successful 12-week probation
- Hybrid working model, typically 3 days in the office each week
