About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Lettings Manager to lead a residential lettings team in Harrow on the Hill. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of a growing portfolio, drive business development, and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Lead, mentor, and develop the lettings team to achieve targets
- Generate new business through valuations, networking, and referrals
- Conduct rental valuations and secure new instructions
- Oversee property marketing, viewings, and negotiations
- Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the Harrow area
- Manage tenancy progression from offer through to move-in
- Handle escalated issues and provide solutions-focused outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally in a senior or managerial role
- Strong track record of generating new business and hitting targets
- In-depth knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
