Description
- Oversee the project management office (PMO) functions within the finance workstreams.
- Develop and implement project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with financial and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project priorities and resource allocation.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Profile
- A solid background in project management within the finance transformation.
- Proven expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
- A relevant qualification in project management or a related field.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary between £60,000 and £70,000 GBP.
