This company has recently gone through an explosion in growth of its food franchise business and is trialling dishes across its network that accommodates increasingly sophisticated and international tastes. . This role can be 100% remote as you will be visiting franchises across the country as well as looking to expand the business into retailer stores as concessions
TITLE: Senior Field Sales Manager

Languages : Fluent English . Other languages are useful
Salary : up to £100,000 Base salary + generous performance bonus
CAR: Car allowance provided /laptop/phone etc
Travel Involved: International and UK
ESSENTIAL experience: hospitality F&B and sales background
DUTIES: a mix of relationship management and new business development
- Meeting existing contacts and introducing yourself
- Developing an understanding of existing customer demographics, buying patterns, consumer habits and business plans
- Suggesting new “in development “ promotional offers before they hit the open market
- Negotiating supply and quantities. Liaising with suppliers and warehouse
- Checking-in with the customer to ensure that they are happy with the service with a view to expanding the range of products they already buy
- New business development
- Research , locate the decision makers and then approach prospects
- Attend hospitality or food related events to pick up leads
- Pitch for business on a face-to-face basis
- Negotiate sales volumes and new supplier contracts
- Constantly visit existing customers to ensure that they are happy with the products and service
REQUIREMENTS
· Experience of managing retail hospitality customers with average sales up to £5m per annum
· Car driver
