Senior Recruitment Consultant
Maidenhead | Hybrid Working
Signet Recruitment, part of the Macildowie Group, is continuing to grow, and we're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist finance division.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established, high-performing desk and you’ll step into a role with existing client relationships, an active candidate network, and a strong platform to continue building and developing your own success.
Our team is made up of experienced, high-calibre recruiters, many of whom have built successful careers with some of the UK’s most recognised recruitment businesses before joining Signet. We’ve built an excellent reputation within the finance market and work with a wide range of firms, from leading independents through to some of the most recognisable names in the world.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an ambitious Recruiter who is ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive, high-performing environment.
You will already have experience in recruitment and be confident running a full 360 desk, building and developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You’ll be commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of your own market while also contributing to wider team success.
