Project Support Assistant /

We are seeking a Project Support Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial to support the Executive Director with a new Property Project. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and management, coordinating the project and preparing revised property information for central systems.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Full support to the Executive Director
- Review and compare existing property data with previous information.
- Update lists of property attributes ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare lists of queries and data errors for review by colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with team members who will provide guidance and responses to queries.
- Check your own work and present completed property data records accurately.
- Utilise strong data entry skills to manage information efficiently.
- Work with spreadsheets and databases, following data rules and logic set by colleagues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience working closely with senior stakeholders and senior management.
- Strong background in data entry and data management.
- Proficient in using spreadsheets
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and deliver results in a timely manner.
