Key responsibilities:
- Provide high quality support to partners and fee earners, acting as a key point of contact.
- Manage a busy and varied workload, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Complex diary management, meeting and travel coordination.
- Client relationship management – managing correspondence, updating the CRM, and ensuring terms of business are in place.
- Supporting with pitches, presentations, events and client projects.
- Billing, processing expenses, credit control and reporting.
- General administrative tasks such as opening/closing files, compliance, and document management.
About you
- Previous experience as a Legal PA / Legal Secretary in a real estate team.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent typing, proofreading, and administrative skills.
- Highly organised and proactive individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- A professional, client focused approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while remaining adaptable and collaborative are essential.
