In this role, the successful Quality Engineer or similar will be responsible for carrying out quality checks/inspections on a range of manufactured products as well as maintaining and upgrading Quality Management Systems. In addition, you will also be responsible for ensuring all product/technical documentation complies with manufacturing process and procedure requirements, ensuring all products meet specification expectations. On top of this, you will be responsible for coaching production team members to ensure all products meet both quality and company standards. You will also be responsible for completing audits, ensuring compliance, as well as customer and stakeholder management/liaison. Finally, you will be responsible for supporting the QA team in relation to any quality deviations.

The ideal Quality Engineer or similar will have previous working experience in a Quality Engineer role or a related position. In addition, you will also have a background within the Automotive/Manufacturing industry or a related field. On top of this, you will have prior experience inspecting to ISO/IATF standards. Finally, you will have strong organisational, analytical, and communicational skills, with the confidence to work both as part of a team, and autonomously.

The Role:

  • Carrying out quality checks/QM inspections on a wide range of products
  • Ensuring all product/technical documentation complies with manufacturing process and procedure requirements
  • Coaching production team members to ensure all products meet both quality and company standards

The Person:

  • Previous working experience in a QE role or a related position
  • Have a background within the Automotive/Manufacturing industry
  • Experience inspecting to ISO/IATF standards
