12 Recruitment Ltd
Senior MEP Design Manager
Ilford, Essex
£90,000
We are working with a MEP Design & Build Subcontractor based in Ilford to find a MEP Design Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
We are looking for someone who has worked as either an Electrical or Mechanical Design Engineer upto a Senior or Associate level and who has experience of leading a multiskilled team to deliver residential and commercial projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who sees themselves as a true all rounder who can lead a team well. The role itself is incredibly varied – you will be managing the team, working with clients and also spending time out of the office on site when needed.
The typical MEP project value here is around £10million, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable at this level. A lot of their projects are new builds, so experience here as well is a big plus.
This job is a long term opportunity. This company have been growing for the last few years, building out their BIM Teams and Engineering teams alongside growing their turnover and the idea for this hire is that they will move into a role on the Senior Leadership Team over the coming few years.
We cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
