This is a varied administrative role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the London office, offering a friendly working environment and long-term potential.
The Role
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Coordinating meetings, diaries and travel arrangements
- Providing administrative and reception support to the team
- Processing invoices, expenses and company payments
- Preparing, scanning, filing and archiving documents
- Updating internal systems, reports and communications
- Managing post, couriers and office administration
- Assisting with event planning and team support activities
- Handling ad hoc administrative tasks as required
