Description
- Provide general administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Respond to inquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with data entry and updating internal databases.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in using common office software and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in a secretarial or administrative role, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team needs.
Job Offer
- Hourly pay ranging from £13.00 to £15.00
