Your responsibilities as In-House Counsel
- Provide commercially focused legal advice across a wide range of business activities
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, supplier contracts and business terms
- Support compliance with consumer, financial services and data protection regulations
- Assist with disputes, complaints and wider legal risk management activities
- Provide legal support on acquisitions, restructures and strategic business projects
- Help strengthen governance frameworks, policies and legal best practice across the organisation
What we’re looking for in an In-House Counsel
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or equivalent legal qualification
- Previous experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Strong knowledge of commercial law and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Ability to provide practical legal advice in a commercial environment
Working hours – Full-time, primarily office-based with occasional travel
