German-Speaking Executive Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced EA who is looking to use their German language skills to provide support to a busy team, working for a global investment bank in central London. The team is seeking a fluent German speaker, who can communicate both written and oral at business level. This is a very busy role, supporting at Global Head level with some MD’s so the successful EA will preferably have experience within financial services, and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working under pressure and enjoys providing seamless support to senior stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
- Extensive and complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating high-volume meetings and scheduling requests
- Managing ever-changing calendars and priorities
- Supporting a Head of and a number of Managing Directors
- Arranging international travel itineraries
- Processing expenses and assisting with administrative tasks
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Preparing meeting materials and supporting team projects as required
What you’ll need:
- Fluent German and English language skills (written and oral)
- Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives
- Previous experience within investment banking, financial services, private equity, asset management, or a similar finance environment is preferred
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace
- Professional, proactive and highly confidential approach
- Available to start in July 2026
