SEN Teachers & SEN Teaching Assistants Needed – Make a Real Difference
Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Reed Education is currently recruiting dedicated SEN Teachers and SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools.
We are looking for individuals who are committed, resilient, and truly want to make a difference in pupils’ lives.
About the Role
You’ll be working with pupils who may have a range of needs including:
- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- Speech and Language difficulties
- Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties
Roles are available in specialist SEN settings, mainstream schools with SEN provisions, and resource bases.
What We’re Looking For
- SEN Teachers with relevant teaching qualifications (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
- SEN Teaching Assistants with experience or a strong interest in SEN
- A patient, proactive and positive approach
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
