The Role • Supporting conveyancers with residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity • Preparing contract packs and drafting standard correspondence • Raising and responding to enquiries • Liaising with clients, lenders and estate agents • Managing file progression and maintaining accurate records • Assisting with post-completion formalities and Land Registry submissions • Ensuring compliance with CQS and regulatory standards
