Job Title: Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative
Location: High Wycombe
Contract Details: Temp To Perm
Salary: £14.43 per hour

- Full-time working pattern
- 5.45am – 2pm and 1:45PM to 10PM (weekly rotating shift pattern)
- This role is Monday to Friday
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- COSHH training
- Experience in food handling, hygiene, and HACCP
- Familiarity with safety practises in a food factory environment
- Possession of pivot OR counterbalance licences essential
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to health and safety procedures
- Operate counter balance and pivot fork lift trucks for goods movements
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Ensure correct despatch and booking in of finished products and raw materials respectively
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse and surrounding areas
- Uphold site standards, quality procedures, and operational processes
- Drive continuous improvement in site standards
- Perform any assigned duties contributing to the success of projects, individuals, and the company
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
- Ability to lift and move weights up to 25kgs and stand for the entire shift
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible team player
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges
- Self-driven and capable of working independently or as part of a team
