Property Litigation Solicitor – Manchester
A leading international law firm is looking to appoint a Real Estate Disputes Associate to join its highly regarded Manchester team.
The team acts for an impressive client base including landlords, tenants, developers, investors, corporate occupiers, financial institutions and insolvency practitioners. It has an established reputation for handling high-value, complex and often market-leading disputes, including matters that have progressed through the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of contentious property work, including:
- Lease renewals (contested and uncontested)
- Dilapidations claims
- Break notices
- Forfeiture and possession proceedings
- Rent review disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- General property management disputes
Alongside managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision, you will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on larger and more complex matters. The team is known for providing associates with early responsibility, high levels of client exposure and excellent long-term career development opportunities.
You will be a UK-Qualified Solicitor with approximately 3-5 years' PQE gained within a recognised real estate disputes practice. You will possess strong technical ability, commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a high-performing team.
