The Role

• Full-time Year 6 Class Teacher
• September start
• Planning, preparation and assessment responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the Year 6 curriculum
• Prepare pupils confidently for KS2 SATs and their transition to secondary school
• Work collaboratively with an experienced Key Stage 2 team
• Long-term opportunity with potential for a permanent contract

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2
• Year 6 experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment expectations
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Passionate about helping pupils achieve their best academically and personally
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
