The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Immigration Solicitor (2-8 years' to join a highly regarded team advising a broad range of UK and international businesses based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
The Role
Working alongside recognised specialists, you'll advise on the full spectrum of business immigration matters, including:
- Sponsor licence applications and compliance
- Skilled Worker and business visas
- Global mobility and international assignments
- Corporate transaction support
- Right to work compliance and audits
- Employment-related immigration advice
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to business development, client training and cross-border projects.
About You
- 2-8 years' PQE in business immigration
- Experience advising employers on UK immigration matters
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Organised, proactive and commercially minded
