We're partnering with a growing digital agency looking for a talented Web Developer to join their close-knit team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a developer who enjoys solving problems, building high-quality web solutions, and wants to play a key role within a business where their contribution genuinely matters. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help shape projects, influence technical decisions, and have a clear path towards mentoring and leadership responsibilities as the team grows.
The business is also embracing modern development practices, including AI-assisted coding tools, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who is curious about emerging technologies and continuous improvement.
The Role
- Develop and maintain bespoke websites and web applications
- Build solutions using PHP, Laravel, and WordPress
- Work on both new development projects and enhancements to existing platforms
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes
- Contribute to technical discussions and development best practices
- Utilise AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and workflow
- Support the future growth of the development team through knowledge sharing and mentoring
Skills & Experience
- Commercial experience developing with PHP
- Strong Laravel and WordPress experience
- Good understanding of MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience using Git/version control
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A curious mindset with a genuine interest in technology and AI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
