A fast-paced and growing organisation is seeking a Senior Management Accountant to support the Financial Controller during a period of change. This is a unique hands-on role requiring you to hit the ground running, bring structure and drive improvements within a busy finance function.
Your new role
- Support the monthly close process, including full management accounts
- Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules (accruals, prepayments, fixed assets)
- Ownership of accrued and deferred revenue
- Support and lead elements of audit
- Work across multiple systems, driving better quality data in Excel
- WIP reporting
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies across finance
What you'll need to succeed
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / equivalent)
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong technical grounding
- Experience within a consulting projects
- Systems experience and strong Excel
- Reliable, adaptable and personable, comfortable working in a changing environment
What you'll get in return
