Our client is an award-winning, independent, Top 100 accountancy firm. Their Audit & Accounts Department has enjoyed impressive growth recently and would like to recruit an Audit Semi Senior.
Working closely with a team of Audit Seniors and Managers your responsibilities will include:
– Assisting with external audit assignments by carrying out fieldwork, including testing – Leading smaller audits (depending on experience) – Drafting financial statements and related reports – Identify and communicate audit findings to management and clients – Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients and team members
You will be joining a friendly, supportive team who will support you with your learning and career development. The firm are able to offer you study support towards the ACA or ACCA qualification and give you paid study leave to prepare for exams.
You will have the opportunity to work with clients across a range of sectors; including Retail, Property, Media, Tech, Charities & Not-for-Profit.
To be considered for this position you must:
– Be approximately half-way through the ACA or ACCA qualification – Have a degree or be AAT qualified – Be able to travel to London for a minimum of 3 days per week – Have at least 18 months audit experience at a UK accountancy firm
