Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 + Company Vehicle, Overtime & Benefits
Location: Southwark

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Remedial Plumber to join a well-established compliance and water hygiene specialist. Working across commercial sites in Southwark and the surrounding areas, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing repairs, remedial works, and water hygiene tasks to ensure client systems remain compliant with current regulations.

Key duties include:

  • Temperature monitoring and water sampling
  • TMV servicing, testing, and fail-safe inspections
  • Cold Water Storage Tank inspections, cleaning, and disinfection
  • Calorifier and hot water system inspections
  • Repairing and replacing float valves, Keraflow valves, and equilibrium float valves
  • Resolving leaking overflows and faulty pipework
  • Stopcock replacements and system modifications
  • Dead-leg removals and pipework alterations

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Remedial Plumber
  • Experience with TMV servicing, tank inspections, and plumbing repairs
  • Knowledge of water hygiene and compliance requirements
  • Plumbing qualification
  • Full UK driving licence
