Title: Live-out Nanny, Kensington, London
Salary: £72,000 per annum

Tiger Private is seeking an exceptional, experienced, and professional Live-out Nanny on behalf of a warm, respectful family based in Kensington, London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fully staffed household, supporting the care, development, and daily routines of three children aged 10, 7, and 4.
The ideal candidate will be nurturing, proactive, highly organised, discreet, and passionate about child development. Working closely with the parents, tutor, housekeepers, chef, and wider household team, the successful candidate will help create a calm, structured, and happy environment for the children.
Children
- 10-year-old girl
- 7-year-old boy
- 4-year-old boy
Key ResponsibilitiesChildcare & Daily Care
- Oversee daily routines, including mornings and evenings.
- Ensure children are prepared for school and activities.
- Support personal hygiene, supervise meals, and accompany outings.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.
Child Development
- Encourage independence, confidence, creativity, and a love of learning.
- Support emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour.
- Promote good manners and social development.
Educational Support
- Plan enriching activities and educational play.
- Research extracurricular activities.
- Coordinate schedules with tutors and instructors.
- Support school projects when required.
Children's Organisation
- Keep bedrooms, wardrobes, and play areas organised.
- Prepare school bags, uniforms, and activity kits.
- Rotate clothing, books, and toys.
- Assist with packing for travel.
Children's Laundry Working alongside the housekeepers:
- Organise and store children's laundry.
- Monitor wardrobe requirements and clothing sizes.
- Track damaged or outgrown items.
School & Administrative Support
- Track school communications, calendars, and important dates.
- Coordinate extracurricular schedules and school logistics.
Travel
- Travel with the family during holidays.
- Prepare all child-related travel arrangements.
- Ensure the children remain settled while away.
Household Collaboration
- Work closely with the parents and household staff.
- Communicate effectively regarding routines and schedules.
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Candidate Profile
- Previous private Nanny experience.
- Highly organised, proactive, calm, and adaptable.
- Warm, engaging, and emotionally intelligent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Passionate about children's development and education.
