KC Group is delighted to be supporting a luxury brand renowned for delivering exceptional quality and service In their search for a Sales Coordinator to join their friendly team In the Solihull area.
This is a full-time, ongoing temporary position based on-site Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a lunch break included.
This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in coordinating residential sales operations across the UK, supporting a wider network of regional teams.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator:
- Coordinate national residential sales activity across multiple regions
- Act as a point of contact between sales teams, operations, and management
- Track pipelines, monitor KPIs, and prepare national performance reports
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in sales processes and documentation
- Assist with resolving regional queries and ensuring timely communication
Ideal Candidate for the Sales Coordinator:
- Experience in a coordination or administrative role across a national or multi-site environment
- Comfortable working with data, sales reporting, and CRM systems
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage priorities independently while supporting a wider team

- The role is offering an hourly rate of £13.60 per hour
