Supporting leaders and employees across the business delivering specialist services across a range of commercial sectors to drive a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
In this fast-paced environment, you'll partner with managers to resolve complex employee relations matters while contributing to the ongoing development of people practices that support business success and employee wellbeing.

What will you do as a Employee Relations Manager?
- Manage ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations matters and employment law
- Analyse ER trends and recommend improvements to policies and practices
- Deliver training on people management, employee relations and workplace engagement
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, wellbeing and retention
- Assist with employment tribunals and other formal hearings.
What do you need as an Employee Relations Manager?
- Proven experience managing a broad range of employee relations cases.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience coaching managers and delivering ER training
- Experience driving employee engagement or wellbeing initiatives
- Experience working within a multi-site environment
- Knowledge of organisational change, restructures or TUPE
