Join a highly regarded Chartered Financial Planning firm with a strong presence in the Glasgow market, known for delivering tailored advice and a high standard of ongoing client service within a structured and well supported environment.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator or Financial Planning Administrator, particularly someone confident using Intelligent Office / Intelliflo, who enjoys being a central part of the client servicing process and delivering accurate, efficient support to advisers.

You’ll work as part of an established client support team alongside Financial Planners and Paraplanners, within a business that has invested in its systems and processes.

This allows you to focus on quality of work, organisation and supporting clients through each stage of the advice process.

What you’ll do

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Planners and wider technical teams
  • Maintain and update client records, workflows and tasks using Intelliflo
  • Prepare documentation ahead of client meetings and reviews
  • Process new business across pensions, investments and protection cases
  • Liaise with providers, platforms and third parties to progress applications
  • Track cases through to completion, ensuring timescales and service levels are met
  • Produce client correspondence and assist with ongoing servicing requirements
  • Ensure all records and documentation meet compliance and regulatory standards
  • Support colleagues across the business to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow

What you’ll need

  • Experience within a Financial Planning or IFA administration role
  • Strong working knowledge of Intelligent Office / Intelliflo
  • Experience dealing with end to end business processing and case management
  • Understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning products
