Reed Business Support Maidstone are recruiting a highly organised Temporary Administrator for a 3-month assignment within a friendly and supportive team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on diary coordination, planning, and keeping busy teams on track.
You’ll play a central role in ensuring calendars are aligned, appointments are seamlessly managed, and day-to-day operations run efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Scheduling appointments and meetings — ensuring diaries are optimised and conflicts are avoided.
- Coordinating multiple calendars and keeping stakeholders informed of any changes.
- Managing client communications via phone, email, and in person in a professional and confidential manner.
- Maintaining accurate records, trackers, and administrative systems to support planning activities.
- Deploy engineers, contractors, and field staff based on skill set, proximity, and urgency.
- Manage calendars to book, amend, and reschedule appointments, maximizing daily efficiency and limiting travel time.
