NDT Inspector – Dye Penetrant & Macro Examination
Days-based role | Aerospace Manufacturing
We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused NDT Inspector to support product quality and compliance within a Nadcap-accredited aerospace environment.
You will carry out Dye Penetrant Testing (PT) and Macro Examination on aerospace components, ensuring compliance with AS9100, Nadcap, and OEM standards (e.g. Rolls-Royce, GE, Lycoming). The role offers the opportunity to develop further NDT skills (MT, UT) as the business grows.
Key requirements:
- PCN or EN 4179 Level 2 PT certification
- Experience with Dye Penetrant Testing in manufacturing
- Practical Macro Examination experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality documentation skills
Desirable:
- Experience with major aerospace OEM specifications
- Additional NDT qualifications
- Metal finishing, foundry, or forging background
This is a days-only role (no shifts) within a high-integrity, safety-critical environment offering technical development and long-term progression.
