- Manage key commercial relationships with external partners and stakeholders, acting as a central point of contact.
- Take ownership of a specialist product area, providing insight, guidance, and expertise across internal teams including marketing, finance, and compliance.
- Analyse performance data and KPIs to identify trends, improve outcomes, and support decision-making at senior level.
- Produce reporting and present insights to leadership, including board-level stakeholders.
- Monitor market activity and competitor landscape to inform strategy and product development.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, managing issues through to resolution and driving continuous improvement.
- Support delivery of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to ongoing product development and future commercial initiatives, including potential B2B growth projects.
