Profile
A successful Finance Director should have:
- A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in financial management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Exceptional leadership skills to guide and develop a finance team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
