Administration Assistant
Contract length: Fixed-term 12-month maternity cover, with scope for a permanent position.
Hours: 25 hours per week
Salary: £27,000 (pro-rata)
Location: Remote
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join the team on a part-time, home-based basis. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract, offering 25 hours per week across a varied and meaningful workload. You will provide day-to-day administrative support to our senior managers, helping ensure our operations run smoothly and our clients receive an excellent experience.
Key Responsibilities
- HR data entry and running security checks on new and prospective staff
- Booking travel and accommodation for the team as required
- Sending out client action plans accurately and in a timely manner
- General data entry and maintaining the integrity of company records
- Keeping internal systems and databases up to date
- Providing broad administrative support to PII senior managers
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of data accuracy
- Confident using standard office and database systems
- Good written communication skills with a professional manner
- Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable working independently in a home-based environment
- Discretion when handling confidential HR and client information
