Package & Benefits for Sales Manager role: • Salary £40,000-£45,000 per annum. • Uncapped commission with OTE of £65,000+ per annum. • Monday to Friday working pattern with no weekend requirement. • Additional day of annual leave for your birthday.

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Manager role: • Manage and develop a team of sales advisors, supporting them to achieve individual and team targets. • Review performance metrics and sales activity to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Deliver coaching, mentoring, and structured development plans to enhance capability across the team. • Work with senior stakeholders to improve processes, maximise performance, and support business growth.
About You • Previous experience managing or supervising a sales team within a call centre or contact centre setting. • Demonstrable success improving sales performance and achieving revenue targets. • Experience using sales reports, KPIs, and performance data to drive results.
