Due to continued growth and increasing demand, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Surveyor to join their expanding team covering the Canterbury area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an AssocRICS-qualified Surveyor looking to work with a forward-thinking company that offers genuine career progression, industry-leading report writing software, and support to develop into Level 3 Surveys.

- Basic salary of £50,000 – £60,000
- Realistic OTE of £60,000 – £70,000

The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out Level 2 Home Surveys
- Conducting Level 3 Building Surveys (full training available if required)
- Completing Red Book Valuations
- Producing high-quality reports using industry-leading software
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the survey process
What We're Looking For
- AssocRICS qualification as a minimum
- Experience undertaking Level 2 Surveys
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, customer-focused approach
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time | Remote / Home-Based
