About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Parts Sales Advisor to join our team in Bristol. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will play a key part in supporting customers, resolving parts-related queries, and driving sales within a busy parts department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice, support, and guidance to customers on parts enquiries
- Identify truck, van, or coach parts accurately and efficiently
- Resolve complex parts-related queries in a timely and professional manner
- Promote and maximise parts sales opportunities within the branch
- Ensure optimal stock levels to support smooth department operations
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all associated paperwork is up to date
- Deliver high levels of customer service at all times
About You
- Experience working in a busy parts environment
- Background within the truck, automotive, or commercial vehicle industry (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach with a focus on customer service and sales growth
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident administrator with the ability to manage multiple tasks
