Are you a motivated Level 2 Teaching Assistant looking to build experience in a supportive primary school setting?
The Supply Register is working with the L.E.A.D Academy Trust to recruit a Level 2 TA for Birley Primary Academy, offering flexible opportunities across daily supply, short-term cover, and longer-term placements.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy supporting learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 and want variety in their school experience.
Key responsibilities: • Support pupils with learning activities in class and small groups • Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and preparation • Promote positive behaviour and engagement • Provide targeted support to help pupils progress • Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
We’re looking for: • Level 2 TA qualification (or equivalent experience) • Experience working with children in a school setting • A calm, patient, and proactive approach • Strong communication skills • A genuine passion for supporting learning
