Salary: Up to £27,500 + bonus

At Staffline, we’re looking for an Account Coordinator who’s driven by process, people, and continuous improvement – someone who enjoys making things run smoothly and building strong relationships along the way.
The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations for our automotive client in Chichester, working closely with both the onsite team and client.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll need to be curious, comfortable working with data, and proactive in supporting both employees and the client.
What you'll do as a Account Coordinator
This role thrives on pace – helping our workforce day to day, solving problems, and offering great service to our client. This is an incredibly diverse role which will undoubtedly keep you on your toes, below is just a selection of what you can expect:
- Handle administrative processes across internal and client systems accurately and confidentially.
- Conduct Employee Relations cases in line with our policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance (including absence, investigations, performance, flexible working).
- Support recruitment processes and manage new starter onboarding, including pre-employment checks, references, and compliance requirements
- Build strong relationships and deliver excellent service to workers and the client, working in partnership and attending meetings to celebrate successes and proactively address challenges
- Contribute to a positive candidate and worker experience throughout the employee lifecycle, using feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with key regulations, including Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), National Minimum Wage (NMW), and Right to Work requirements
The skills you'll develop as a Recruitment Account Coordinator
Throughout your time at Staffline, you'll receive coaching and challenges that will facilitate skill growth. In this role, you can anticipate enhancing skills related to client and relationship management, hiring and staffing processes, and identifying opportunities for performance improvement – among a range of other areas.
