Asset Management Paralegal (12 Month FTC)
New York law firm is hiring an experienced Asset Management Paralegal to assist the team for an initial 12-month FTC which is likely to extend due to the rapid expansion of the department

The Asset Management Paralegal role will be offering extremely high-level work from day one for the department, which will include running the AML KYC process for one of the team's largest clients! Candidates will be required to have the skillset and experience of taking on NQ/Trainee level work – we also require candidates who are available to work quickly.
The firm would ideally want Paralegal candidates with Funds (or similar Company Commercial practice area) experience (12 months +) along with KYC/AML experience being highly advantageous – combined with applicants who possess the right attitude, aptitude and professionalism as there will be high client exposure paralegal as well as a lot of drafting and transaction involvement. Offices are based in the City and standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm with lucrative overtime. Salary will be up to £50,000 pro-rata, with hybrid working offered.
