Description
- Prepare and analyse financial forecasts and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports for senior stakeholders.
- Identify key trends and variances in financial performance and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and planning.
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives and projects.
Profile
A successful FP&A Interim should have:
- A strong background in accounting and finance within Manufacturing/ engeneering
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to present financial insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks to meet deadlines.
- A relevant accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
Job Offer
- Competitive daily rate between £405 and £495, depending on experience.
