Senior Media & Performance Executive, Rickmansworth / Hybrid – £28–35K
Want to work on campaigns rather than just talk about them?
This is a great opportunity for a digitally-minded Senior Account Executive, Media Executive or Performance Executive looking to take the next step in their career with a genuinely supportive agency.
We're looking for someone who enjoys getting hands-on with campaigns, diving into performance data, spotting opportunities and helping clients get better results across multiple channels.
You'll be joining a well-established, full-service agency with an impressive client base across Higher Education, Financial Services and B2B. They invest heavily in their people, offer excellent training and development, and have a strong track record of promoting from within.
The role
You'll sit at the heart of campaign delivery, working closely with media, strategy, performance and client services teams to help plan, launch, optimise and report on campaigns across a range of digital channels.
This isn't a role where you'll simply sit in client meetings all day. You'll be actively involved in the delivery and optimisation of campaigns, helping to make sure everything is running smoothly and performing as it should.
You'll be:
- Supporting the delivery of multi-channel digital campaigns
- Working within advertising platforms to monitor and improve campaign performance
- Analysing data and identifying opportunities for optimisation
- Supporting audience targeting, segmentation and channel planning
- Producing campaign reports and performance insights
- Working closely with internal specialists across media, strategy, creative and performance
- Supporting client meetings and helping build strong client relationships
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What we're looking for
We're open to people from media agencies, digital agencies, performance marketing teams or similar environments.
You'll ideally have experience across a number of channels and platforms such as:
- Google Ads
- Meta
- Programmatic
- Paid Search
- Paid Social
- Display & Video
You don't need experience across everything, but you should have a genuine interest in digital media and performance marketing, along with a desire to continue developing your skills.
You'll also need:
- Around 1–4 years' relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- A proactive, positive attitude
- The confidence to take ownership and make things happen
What's in it for you?
- £28–35K depending on experience
- Clear progression path into Account Management
- Funded IPA qualifications and industry certifications
- Ongoing training and development
- Hybrid working
- Supportive and collaborative culture
- Exposure to exciting national and international campaigns
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to broaden their channel knowledge, develop their career and work with a team that genuinely invests in its people.
